• Messages. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep the conversation to respond and to deliver our services.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your request and prepare a proposal (performance of a contract or steps before entering into one).
• To deliver and support the services you buy from us.

• To comply with UAE legal obligations, including accounting and invoicing rules.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the business, under contracts that restrict how they may use it:

6. Your rights

7. Security

We limit access to personal data to the people who need it, use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and keep credentials out of our website code. No method is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the contact form.

This website does not set tracking cookies. If we add tools that do, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
