Terms of Service

1. Parties

These terms apply between [COMPANY_LICENSE] (“9ap”, “we”) and the business that orders our services (“you”). By ordering a package on 9ap.ai or by signing a proposal you accept these terms.

2. Services

We set up AI assistants and automations as described in the package you order or in a written proposal. The scope, timeline and price are fixed in that description. Changes outside the scope are quoted separately.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give us timely access to the accounts and information needed for the setup (for example WhatsApp Business, CRM, calendar).
• Make sure you have the right to use the data and the customer communications we automate.
• Review the assistant’s answers before launch and tell us about anything that must change.

4. Payment

Setup packages are paid upfront. Monthly support is billed in advance each month and can be cancelled with [30] days’ notice. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude VAT where applicable.

5. Third-party services

Our work depends on third-party platforms (WhatsApp, CRM vendors, AI model providers, hosting). We are not responsible for their availability, price changes or policy changes, but we will help you adapt when they change.

6. Warranty and liability

We fix defects reported during the fixes period included in your package. AI assistants can make mistakes; you remain responsible for the final decisions in your business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the [3] months before the claim.

7. Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information confidential and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We sign an NDA on request.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Dubai.
